The first Tim Hortons store on an American military base. Fort Knox seems to take pride in that fact a bit, and they should. I love coming here not for their donuts or coffee, but for their sandwiches! It's a somewhat healthier alternative to Burger King or Taco John's, and their store hours don't seem to be as limited as those of other places. They have breakfast sandwiches, grilled paninis, and a whole lot more variety than what the other fast food restaurants have. Service has always been quick and without a problem. Probably one of the better places to get food in the area.

Some day the chicken club is grilled, other days it's fried? Sometimes it tastes hot and fresh, other times it's soggy and looks like its been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The chicken(less) noodle soup is less than mediocre; mostly broth. I could only stomach about four spoonfuls until my body went into shock from sodium overload.

What can I say, cold night, snowing, past midnight, and guess what?, Tim's is open 24x7 to get that steaming cup of Joe and friendly service, no matter what. I love this place. The sour cream old fashioned doughnut is off the charts, along with an extra large cup of coffee ! The cool thing about the FT Knox branch is that they actually make relationships with their customers. Every time my wife comes in they already know what she wants and get it going right away. Always fast, always fresh, always friendly is the Tim Horton Ethos here at Knox. Thanks guys !

This was my first time visiting a Tim Horton's (I am a die hard Dunkin Donuts fan) and I was impressed, been back three times. The staff is always friendly and seem happy to be there. I've tried the jalapeno bagels and although slightly small they are tasty and spicy! The coffee is legit, the best I have tasted in KY so far. Highly recommend.

This 24/7 outlet of the Canadian baked goods chain is a welcome addition to the Ft. Knox shoppette. It seems well managed and the sandwiches are decent; they are a much fresher tasting option than the mediocre mexican and pizza offerings housed in the same food court-like structure. However, this outlet suffers from the same problems that have plagued Tim Horton's outlets everywhere in the last few years: (1) a disastrous corporate decision to stop making their baked goods fresh on the premises (2) the coffee just isn't that good (3) standing in line to order can bring on epileptic fits as one in bombarded with five TV screens worth of ordering information, advertisements, and assorted graphics. These factors have turned a storied coffee and donut place into a not-so-bad sandwich place. Pity. One day Krispy Kreme and Starbucks will together wipe Tim Hortons off the face of the earth. The chain many used to know and love is already gone. The ACU Tim Horton's caps are cool and the folks behind the counter are helpful and straightforward when discussing how the baked goods are prepared (mostly elsewhere) and their limited role in that process.

Donuts are great! Not too thrilled about the sandwiches, I can make better ones with plain bread slices, ham and cheese. The soups are pretty tasty; I love the sun dried tomato soup. I also love the bagel melt and will usually get that for lunch. The coffee is usually always fresh, decent prices.
